Our coaches are trained to provide alternative options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact machine alternative for injuries or orthopedic restrictions. We have experience working around and supporting recovery for a variety of physical restrictions.

Over the years we have worked with dozens of soon-to-be and recent mothers. We recommend all pregnant women obtain clearance from their medical provider prior to beginning an exercise routine during pregnancy.
